You finding this page means that you and/or your beloved artist are visiting Bornholm in a short time. We are very excited about this and hope that you guys feel the same! Wonderfestiwall is a totally voluntary driven festival with passion, heart and soul! The festival started in 2008 and has grown bigger every year since the beginning. We are proud to welcome you to something that we find very special!

Technique & stages
At Wonderfestiwall we have two stages: Ankermyr and Opalen.
The stages will always play exclusively, there will be a short break between each concert in approximately 5-15 minutes
No sound-check – only festival line-check.

Pyrotechnics
Please note that you in many cases must apply for permission to use pyrotechnics. Therefore, reach out to the fire inspector in advance. Also the festival is located in the beautiful nature and therefor it is a requirement that all confetti is biodegradable. If this is not complied with, the festival reserves the right to charge the artist artist for the clean-up.

Festival Site
The festival is located in the forrest next to Hammershus (the old castle ruin).

Ferry information
The production manager of the festival will not supply tickets to the ferry unless its part of the agreement. please note that there are limited spaces for tall vehicles from Ystad to Rønne. Therefore we encourage you to rent a lower car if possible. Also consider the possibility of sending trucks and the like with the ferry from Køge to Rønne.

Backstage area

We will provide a trailer for the artist and crew before, during and after the show. Approximately 2 hours before and 1 hour after.
Besides the private backstage trailers, the backstage is a common area where it is possible to meet the other artists and our very friendly backstage crew. The backstage kitchen is located close by.
The backstage area is for artists and working crew only.
Catering
Catering & Meal Booking – Help Us Reduce Food Waste
At Wonderfestiwall, we care deeply about our planet. This year, we are placing a stronger focus on reducing food waste.
In previous years, we’ve noticed that not all artists make use of the backstage catering – even when it’s included in their rider. This has unfortunately led to large amounts of food being prepared but not eaten.
To avoid this, all meals must be pre-ordered in advance.

When ordering, make sure to include the following:

You can eat during the following times:
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Dinner buffet: from approximately 5:00 PM
The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM
Drinks & Hospitality
We believe all our artists deserve to be treated well, which is why we offer a free bar. Please note:
Whole bottles of alcohol are not available
Special drink requests (e.g., Jamaican ginger beer or coconut rum from Trinidad & Tobago) cannot be accommodated
Drinks can be found in the main tent (common area) and in the backstage trailers.
No hospitality riders will be met, but we promise that everyone will have a wonderful trip to Bornholm – and yes, we will take very good care of you all.
Guest list
Each performing artist is entitled to one guest ticket.
The guest ticket is a full festival (partout) ticket, but does not include backstage access.
All tickets will be sent via email in advance, so guests must bring their ticket either printed or digitally on their phone.
Please note:
There is no name-based guest list at the entrance – entry is only possible with a valid ticket
All guests must use the main public entrance, just like regular festivalgoers
Guests cannot enter with the band through the backstage entrance or by car.
Please send your guest list no later than 7 days before the festival to ensure proper processing and delivery of tickets.
Merchandise
We would like to know if you intend to sell merchandise, otherwise we will not spend the time setting a booth up. So please let us know more precise than just a mentioning in the rider. The booth will be located somewhere close to the stages and will be available for you in relation to the show. You might be sharing the booth with other artists or our merchandise crew.
